I use the "Alert" part of Logic9 extensively and whenever it says "Alert", I have to go look at what the alert is.

In future upgrades, is it possible to include not only the "Alert" word but also announce the text in the "Description" field.

For instance, "Alert" and then "Alaska on 6 Meters" or something similar.

Thanks,
Bill

P.S. In using the wizard, is this line allowable: "Band = 6M" and Grid ="DM 70 - 74" or does if have to be DM70, or DM71 or DM72 or etc.

Thanks for the idea. The problem is that LOGic does not have true text to speech. If it finds a matching recording -- alaska.f for instance, it plays it. If there is no alaska.f, it will spell it out. Of course you could make your own alaska.f file no problem. Let me think about it. I guess worst case you could I could provide an option and you'd be no worse off than you are now.

Speaking of Alerts, IK0CHU suggested putting a column with the alert description in the spots grid. We will be doing that.

Tnx & 73,
