Hi Dennis, I had LOGic9 installed on 2 pc's to allow me to operate in 2 different rooms (same call). I just tried to update the one PC to the latest subscription version but now I get the message "Your subscription has expired as of 02/09/13. This update is dated 08/07/17". I tried reinstalling the original installation file but still get the same message. How do I fix this?
Cheers, Gordon VE7GEL

Hi Gordon:
It appears that you have the update subscription that was installed on the machine that is working but not on the 2nd machine.
You can either install the update subscription that you downloaded from the email (this is your new master copy of LOGic) on the non-working machine. Or, copy LOGIC.LICENSE from the install folder (typically c:\program files (x86)\logic) of the working computer to the install folder on the non-working computer.
Tnx & 73,
Dennis WN4AZY

Ahh, so it would seem. I didn't notice that I had two different copies of the original file stored and that the old one was still installed on this machine. All fixed and working now. Thanks Dennis.
