Hi--

We have a customer with XP who cannot get logged into LoTW. The browser says "PAGE NOT FOUND". Is anyone else using LoTW with Internet Explorer 8?

Hi Dennis,
I use XP SP3 with ie 8.
I've never had problems with LOTW. Very few times responded that it could not connect to the server but after a few minutes everything is back to normal.
Instead I have problems with eqsl.cc and I have to use a trick to upload and update logic.

Thanks. We have a customer who had problems with LOGic 8, so upgraded to LOGic 9, and it STILL doesn't work. I spent an hour with him logged onto his computer, and no luck. It is not actually a LOGic problem. You can type the URL that LOGic uses in the browser, and it still says NOT FOUND.

So I have no idea. We turned off virus checkers and internet protection stuff, and no go.

I'm thinking I will suggest booting up in SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING SUPPORT and see if that works. Thinking aloud here.

Dennis,
Production HAM machine is still running Windows XP SP3 and 9.0.65 with IE 7. LoTW works
fine. eQSL does not work automatically. I have to attempt an upload, let if fail, take
a copy of the ADI from C:\Program File\logic\tmp and log in and manually upload it.

The download works, but not the upload. I am working on it.

Interesting, my main station computer is XP w/LOGic 9, and all works fine since your last update was applied.

Ok, that's good, maybe ARRL fixed something there. Anyone else having trouble with IE8?
