Hi--
This is caused by permission problems or something like that.
Make sure you are running LOGic with Admin permissions. Just give your username admin rights. You don't need to log in as admin.
Is your LOGic data located at the default location, or do you have it on a LAN or external drive?
Also, we recommend turning off User Account Control. Type UAC in the Windows start menu.
Also, try disabling any virus checker etc.
Let me know what you find.

PS: Probably won't fix it, but I recommend updating to the latest update 9.0.61.
