I am planning on reinstalling logic on a new computer. Is there a file I should copy so I can have the same screen layout on the new conputer as I have on the existing one?

Tnx

Is there any way to make the current layout as the default one, so that when I re install it will automatically the same?

Yes. When you follow the instructions in the referenced article, that will happen. The log form layouts are just text files located in logdata\logforms.
