The LOGic report writer normally prints dates in the same format as selected in Tools/Setup. To change the date format independently for one report, commands may be entered in BEFORE RUN:
Enter one of:
SET DATE YMD SET DATE DMY SET DATE MDY
You may also control the date separator.
SET MARK TO "."
forces the use of a period.
SET CENTURY ON SET CENTURY OFF
Controls whether or not a four-digit year is printed.
So
SET DATE DMY SET MARK TO "." SET CENTURY ON
Will print dates as
31.01.2013
Note that dates are stored internally in a consistent format that has no effect on output. Output format may be changed at will.
If these commands are used on versions of LOGic prior to 9.0.40, the format will remain in effect after printing the report, and will affect log form display and input. You could issue commands in AFTER RUN to set the date format back to what you normally use.
