Ok, I see what is going on.
Note that in the screen shot of your spot log, 15M and CW is
UNDERLINED. This means that you DO need HK on 15 CW. This is correct. You do not have HK on 15M CW.

Why is 15M not red? Because you apparently have HK on 15M, but on a mode other than CW.
And why is CW not red? Because you apparently have HK on CW, but on a band other then 15M.
If HK was red, it would mean that you do not have HK, period. If 15M was red, it would mean that you do not have HK on 15M, period. If CW was red, it would mean that you do not have HK on CW, period.
Let me know if this does not explain other conditions you are seeing.
