I was using my Logic9, when unknown to me, a window from another program popped up behind Logic9 and took the focus off Logic9.

Since I did not know it was there, I continually received error messages to close the window that I did not know was there.

The program was telling me there was a missing operator. I could not get out of it so I shut it down from Program Manager.

Now when I boot up Logic9, I get the same screen, same errors and when I click cancel, it closes the program.

So, I'm dead in the water at this time.

I do not have an installation disk, I don't think I ever received one as I upgraded from Logic8 on line.

Please help me to get Logic going again.

Thanks for your call regarding this. Somehow an invalid spot expression got entered:

something like

"BAND="6M" AND

(An extraneous AND). It was a coincidence with respect to terminating LOGic abnormally.

I have seen this before. Not sure how they get entered. I have been unable to reproduce the problem. However, in the 9.1.35 update, it double-checks everything when saving the record. So it shouldn't happen again.

I said I would let you know how to alert needed states on 6M. Here are some posts to help you. LOGic can alert for all-time new ones.

Also click Tools/Check for Updates and look at the note for 9.1.17.

Let ke now if any questions.

Thanks,
