Is it possible to import or append my Logic8 callbook data into Logic9's callbook and how do I do that?

I think you can just copy callbook.dbf & callbook.cdx (in the data folder). But why? Just update it in LOGic 9 using tools/internet.

I have already tried to copy the 2 flies, that didn’t seem to work. And for why, there are some people that are silent keys and they are not in the callbook data I can import in Logic9. I want this information in my Logic9 callbook. I have them in my Logic8 callbook.

I looked in my Logic8 callbook with Visual Foxpro 7 , which I still have installed, and used the search function there. But I still want to have those data in my Logic9 callbook if possible. I guess that Logic9 is made with a newer FoxPro than my old version 7.

Yes, LOGic 9 is in VFP 9 (so was LOGic 8).

When you copied your old LOGIc 8 files over, did you get errors or what? Be sure t copy CALLBOOK.DBF & CDX, not callbookS.*!

Tnx & 73,
