Radio Interface Window Won't Move

It was in an inconvenient site (I moved it there). Now I can't get it to do anything as far as moving it - it still controls the radio OK. Is there a file I can delete somewhere to get it to refresh? I found a work around by disabling the radio and adding it as Radio 2. The new window works fine. Disable/enable didn't work to unlock the original window though. Neither did reinstall, clean, etc.....
