A friend of mine asked me why after downloading the latest upgrade, the Awards/ProgressList/Main chart still shows Kingman Reef as "current" and still shows a total of 340 current DXCC entities. I checked and my LOGic is the same way. The total should be 339 now. What can we do to fix this? Can we designate a country as "deleted" ourselves? I notice that in the Prefix table KH5 (Kingman) has a correct end date already entered, so obviously it takes some other action to designate a country as "deleted".

Yes you can designate a country as deleted.

Click on Awards>Setup>Awards List DXCC, etc

Under "Navigate to list" double click on DXCC
Go to KH5-K
Click "Deleted"
Save then Exit

Now click on Awards>Update Award progress info

You should now see KH5-K is deleted and your totals at 339??

Thanks Kyle. I have mine marked as deleted, but it hasn't made it into updates yet :-(.

The end date for the prefix table (KH5-K) is Mar 29, '16 BTW. That should be in the updates. No big deal since we won't be logging any more of those anyway.

This is the island that has practically washed away (according the government anyway) and they are no longer issuing permits to land there, right?

Tnx & 73,

Dennis, as I understand it this island changed hands (which department administers it) such that it no longer qualifies as a separate entity.
