Hi all. Perhaps I've forgotten as I've not used the feature in a while. I have programmed function keys in my main form (F1 through F11) and they would send each sequence out my keyer. I've recently moved from XP to Windows 7 and I notice that F5 and F6 are no longer available. I can program them and I can click on the number, but the F-key trigger does not work the same.
Did I miss something??
Thanks & 73s, Don

Hi Don:
This is by design, and not specific to Win 7. XP did the same thing. F5 opens the Log menu. F6 is Force Log (reread radio & clock).
Tnx & 73,

So what do you think about making Alt-F5 opening the Log menu and Alt-F6 being Force Log, then bringing back the use of those two keys for CW messages? 73, Allen N5XZ

Alt+5 goes to Terminal Function Key 5. Ctrl+F5 goes to Voice Keyer 5. Are you using all 10 slots for keyer?
Need a Chinese keyboard I guess hihi.

Not using all 10 keys, but having to remember to skip those 2 keys in the heat of contest slows the rate down...significantly, especially after you've been up and at it for 30 hours. 73 Doug W5GA
