Hi Dennis,
QRZ seems to be going down more and more often. When it does and I enter a QSO LoGIC crashes. By crash I mean sometimes I get an error but most often it hangs and I have to click on the X in the upper right corner which causes LoGIC to shut down and I have to go through the clean process to get it back.
All I have to do to keep the problem from happening is check the box on the callbook setup screen to disable callbook lookup.
Here is what I would like. Could you add a simple timer that looks at the callbook for 500 ms or so and if it doesn't respond just skip the lookup and go on with the entry process.
BTW I can verify that QRZ is down by using any browser to try and access it. I get the screen saying it is not available.
This isn't a LoGIC problem it is a QRZ problem but a little change in logic would sure take care of it.
