We get many support requests about alleged duplicate spots, or awards tracking not working. This is caused by a misunderstanding of the data being displayed.

Spots can look like duplicates because the AWARD column is not showing. For example, one spot can be shown for DXCC, and again for CQ Zone. Remember, LOGic spots more than needed DXCC! It can be set up to spot only DXCC of course, but unless you do this, make sure the AWARD column is showing.

If a country has never been worked, it will show up in red under the VALUE column. So make sure that is visible too.

The spot log has many fields, most of which cannot be seen without scrolling sideways using the bottom scrollbar. If the AWARD, SUBAWARD, or VALUE columns are not visible without scrolling sideways, drag the column headers to the left so they can be seen. Also, columns may be hidden by dragging the column width to nothing. You can tell that this has been done because the column dividing line will be heavier. If you have any hidden columns, drag the column header width so you can see the column. I see no reason to actually hide a column. Simply drag it to the right so it is still available when you scroll sideways.

See your documentation for moving and resizing columns.
