Does anybody have a template for the Russian DX Contest - or know which contest log is the best to adapt to this one? (I know its late in the game since the contest starts in a couple hours, but if I can get a template or one to adapt I can work as I have time.)

No problem, it last minute. I thought maybe there was a template I use.
