My effort is attached. An underline has been added to the report name - it will not over write the standard LOGic report. Metric A4 paper is used in Australia, and I have removed a lot of the white space from the report - all the better to "save the trees". If it does not fit the "American paper", please let me know and I will modify the report layout so that it does fit.
