Hello Everyone,

When I send green stamps with a QSL I always mark the QSL Received box with an "R".

When I receive the QSL back I mark the QSL Received box with an F.

Is there a report somewhere that shows me all the "R" cards along with the call of the station I sent the green stamps to?

I want to send them an email asking for the status of the card.

73,

Bill

G'Day Bill,

A simple QSL_RCVD='R' would do it - in a report or filter on a log form. A log form would be best, because then you will be able to see if you actually have an email address for the operator. You may have got it via Tools, Call Book Batch Update. Or, if you didn't do a batch update, the log form will allow you a direct lookup to QRZ for the info.

This field is also used for QSLs that go via the bureau. It is more usual to have a Y/N user field that records if the card was sent direct - to keep the data (that the card was sent direct) separate from the shared QL_RCVD field.
