This is covered in Help. Look up Lists Table and Prefix Table. Look at a current DXCC entry in tools/setup/lists of valid values and it is all pretty self-explanatory.
That said, it is diffucult to add at this point because the ARRL has not approved it. They have not assigned a number or prefix for it.
Options are to leave DXCC blank for now and fix it later, or take your best guess at the prefix. Z6 is a pretty safe guess, and it can always be upated later. The next available number is 522.
