I updated to 10.0.12 on Win 10, now getting a variety of errors when I try to download from LoTW.

For example
error 1429OLE dispatch exception...
Then a window opens looking for a .dbf file
Cancel the window and then Error 12 Variable "state" no found
Then error 52 no table is open...
and so on and on and on

Everything else seems to be working just fine. Reinstalled 10.0.12 and still no help, even rebooted just because it's windows.

Thoughts, cures, suggestions?

Hi--

Someone called with an error from LoTW download. The first error was OBJECT REFERENCE NOT SET TO INSTANCE OF AN OBJECT.

It was caused by the LoTW server https://lotw.arrl.org being offline. There is an error in the error reporting routine hihi.

It is fixed. The fix will be in the next update.

Tnx & 73,

Dennis, the errors have seemed to settle down to the following.

OLE dispatch exception code 0 from mscorlib: index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index..

So far the other issues seem to have worked themselves out.

Thanks for all the support.

Hi--

Ok, this is something in addition to ARRL being offline.

Is there any additional information to give me a clue which class the error is occurring in? I might call and get your LoTW user and password and see if I can reproduce it here. Or you can try me.

Ok, tried it again and got the following

Error 1429 OLE Dispatch exception code 0from mscorlib: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: Index.. Has occurred in program IMPORTAD|FRECORD.IMPORT, Line 90.

Then continue and I get a dialog box looking for a .dbf file. If I cancel it then I get

Error 52 no table is open in the current work area. Has occurred in program IMPORTAD|FRECORD.IMPORT, Line 250.

Continue>

Error 12 Varriable 'STATE' IS NOT FOUND. Has occurred in program IMPORTAD|FRECORD.IMPORT, Line 249.

If I try to continue I get another dialog box and then another error and so on.

Another new wrinkle.

When printing QSL Labels I no longer get the option to mark QSL Sent as Fulfilled.

What is the exact name of the report you are running?

I tried using "Dymo QSL Label", "QSL Labels 3-Across" and "Multiple QSL Label, 3 QSO per label 3-across"

All the other errors occur when trying to download from LoTW.
