According to the latest ARRL list, Z6 should be Kosovo as of 01/21/2018. Logic shows the prefix as being the World Meteorological Org....Have I missed an update somewhere? 73 Doug W5GA 73 Doug W5GA

Mine is OK. Try installing the latest prefix table. POSSIBLY the option to keep your entries could be interfereing. You can easily fix it manually in tools/setup/prefix table.
