Hi Dennis,
I received this warning during the update. The program is running and can I continue withgout problems or i must downgrade into 10.0.7??

Hi Mauro,

I had this problem earlier this year. See old topic "10-0-4-Install-SlimDX-Runtime-Error" in Installation and Upgrading. I did not have any problems running LOGic with the error but Dennis advised;

1) Reboot and try to re-install the LOGic update again
2) If you still get the error, try to manually install SlimDX from here http://distribution.hosenose.com/public/

I ended up manually installing SlimDX and it resolved the error. When I tried to install SlimDX I got a pop-up asking to "repair" or "remove" it, I selected "repair" and it worked fine.
