This announced by Randy, K5ZD, from the ARRL-Contesting forum; The Cabrillo specification is maintained by the World Wide Radio Operators Foundation (WWROF). The specification currently calls for the use of 123G to specific CATEGORY-BAND for the 122 GHz band. It was pointed out that this band is more commonly referred to as 122 GHz and the use of 123G was causing confusion for some entrants in the ARRL VHF contest. The Cabrillo specification has been modified to replace 123G with 122G.
Details at https://wwrof.org/cabrillo/cabrillo-v3-header/
This change should not impact very many users. The announcement here is to notify software developers and log checkers of the change.
