This is an award and a contest (seems to be run by MulanDX.org).
Here's the addition to LISTS (WAPC.DBF) that you can add in.
Please note that these do not line up with DXCC but are considered
provinces for the contest (Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan).

Assuming current LOCic 9:

Tools->Setup->Lists...
Click on 'Import...' and select the attached WAPC.DBF file.

You will then need to activate it for awards tracking.

From the LISTS form, click on 'Log fields form';
Scroll down to WAPC and select.
Fill out description (Mainland China Provinces)
comment (2-letter abbreviations for Provinces, Municipalities and Special Districts)
and select 'Edit using list table'.
Select 'Awards tracking...' tab
Enter name (WAPC) if not already there
Select 'Track awards for this field'
Exit form, exit lists

You will need to pick a USERFIELD (I used #8) and rename it to WAPC and modify
a log form to use to it. I will release a contest log form when I've made one.
