Strange -- I personally have not done it, but we have people running LOGic 10 on Windows 11. We have done extensive changes to support the features that required Internet Explorer in LOGic 9. LOGic 9 should run too except for features requiring Internet Explorer.

Just something to try. Checkmark the option to retain the update file. Right-click the downloaded file (LOGicUpdate_10.0.3.exe on the desktop) and look at the COMPATIBLILTY options. In Windows 10 and all previous, all options must be unchecked, or you will get that error. Tru double-clicking LOGicUpdate_10.0.3.exe and see if it will run directly from Windows. Try running with Administrator privileges. You can try playing with the Compatibility settings.
