Hi Dennis,
I just paid my renewal few days ago.
I have 3 pc's for WB9TFH. The latest is a new win10 refurbished from TigerDirect. No issues.
I installed logic 9 and downloaded and ran update and subscription is expired. Unable to update to 9.1.47
The other 2 updated fine, win7 and win10.
The other issue is my FT-991, WIN7 pc. Logic displays the wrong frequency.
ie; radio 14.074....Logic displays 1.4074. Decimal off.
The pc is virtual com ports 5 and 6. WSJT works OK and reads the radio frequency.
This happened with previous version of Logic.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Did you get an email from us in response to your subscription? Just install the downloaded subscription file on all three computers. Then you can do tools/check for updates and get the latest.
The frequency for the 991 has been fixed.
