Dennis, I think your update server may be sick. I was attempting to download and install 9.21.2 again. The download was excruciatingly slow, and rendered an error message at the end about receiving an improper response so the download did not complete.

Hi Doug:

Thanks for the input. Everything is running on the same server, including our web sites and this forum. It is a new server.

I have noticed that the speed of the download varies greatly. I also see the same thing when downloading the demo.

I have never had it time out, however.

But everything else is very fast.
